Chedid & Associates – Qatar, a company under Chedid Capital is looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer in the Motor Department. The role focuses on ensuring customer inquiries are attended to promptly and maintaining client relationships with continuous follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Contact Clients for the renewal of their motor insurance via emails and phone calls.
- Negotiate with insurance companies for quotations.
- Follow ups on requests with insurance companies.
- Follow ups on requests with clients.
- Assist in resolving key issues with customers such as delays in contract documents and collection.
- Answering phone calls and emails on timely manner
- Cross checking policy documents shared by insurers match the agreed T&Cs.
- Monitor the processing team entering policies on portals.
- Issue Motor Insurance policies on portals when required.
- Preparing various reports.
- Internal communications between relevant departments.
- Handle KYC/AML requirements with Compliance.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills.
- 2-to-3-year previous experience in the Insurance Industry, preferably in motor insurance.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
