The group’s technology division is looking for an experienced and highly organized Data Analyst to design data systems, analyze trends, develop dashboards, and lead ETL processes using tools like Power BI and Tableau to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrated business dashboards and report solutions based on defined KPIs, ensuring the effective communication of trends, patterns, and insights to executive leadership.
- Lead the overall ETL processes and architecture for large-scale data warehouse projects, including the full lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment) using SQL, ETL tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI and Tableau to design and implement business intelligence solutions that meet organizational requirements.
- Apply knowledge of data standardization, normalization, and mining to ensure consistency across large datasets, transforming raw data into actionable information for the business.
- Maintain and troubleshoot data systems, databases, and ETL pipelines, ensuring efficient, error-free operations and resolving coding errors or data-related problems as needed.
- Work closely with IT developers, engineers, and business managers to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data governance policies.
- Prepare complex reports and documentation that effectively communicate data-driven insights, while ensuring that the analysis process is replicable for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field, Data science.
- Proven experience in BI, data warehousing, and ETL development, with a track record of supporting large-scale data initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining business intelligence solutions in a complex data environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Insurance experience is a plus.
- English, French and Arabic are a must.
