Al Manarah Insurance Services, Sharjah Branch, is looking for a Business Development Manager to add value to the growing business. As a Business Development Manager, you will be targeting the corporate accounts and will focus on driving expansion of Al Manarah in the UAE. You will join an agile, dynamic, highly rewarding organization, and a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Introduce new Leads to the company, their conversion into Prospects and Clients
- Analyze of Prospects’ and Clients’ needs
- Design of suitable insurance programs
- Negotiate and deal closing.
- Cross sell of additional/new Lines of Business to existing Prospects and Clients
- Manage personal pipeline of Leads and Prospects
- Develop understanding of the domestic insurance market, the relative scopes of different products available from each insurer, pricing comparisons, comparative responsiveness of insurers in terms of client service (including claims)
- Develop schemes and/or industry-specific products for exclusive use by the company.
- Gain an understanding of all the key industries within which Leads/Prospects/Clients operate and how global Insurance industry developments might affect them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Insurance Company or Insurance Broker
- Experience in sales is a must.
- English is a must.
- Ability to negotiate and secure deals
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
