servi dans deux cabinets cons\u00e9cutifs, de juillet 2008 \u00e0 juin 2011. Sous sa direction, le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur a re\u00e7u le premier prix 2010 du Prix du service public des Nations Unies. En 2010, il a re\u00e7u \u00e0 Washington DC le \u00ab Manatt Democracy Award 2010 \u00bb de la Fondation internationale pour les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectoraux (IFES) en hommage \u00e0 son engagement en faveur de la libert\u00e9 et de la d\u00e9mocratie. En septembre 2014, il a re\u00e7u le \u00ab Commendatore Della Stella d\u2019Italia \u00bb par le pr\u00e9sident italien. En avril 2014, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 Grand Officier de l\u2019Ordre du C\u00e8dre par le Pr\u00e9sident libanais. En juillet 2011, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 Commandeur de Num\u00e9ro de l\u2019Ordre Civil du M\u00e9rite par le Roi d\u2019Espagne. En octobre 2010, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 Officier de la L\u00e9gion d\u2019Honneur par le Pr\u00e9sident Fran\u00e7ais apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u, en 2009, le Grand Officier de l\u2019Ordre National du M\u00e9rite de la R\u00e9publique Fran\u00e7aise. En 2007, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 \u00ab Young Global Leader \u00bb par le Forum \u00e9conomique mondial. <\/p>\n<p>Avant sa nomination au poste de ministre, il a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes, dont celui de membre de la Commission nationale libanaise sur la loi \u00e9lectorale (2005-2006). En 2004, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Association libanaise pour des \u00e9lections d\u00e9mocratiques \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019un groupe de plus de 1300 observateurs \u00e9lectoraux nationaux. Il est \u00e9galement membre du conseil d\u2019administration de la section libanaise de \u00ab Transparency International \u00bb depuis 2006. De plus, il est pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Notre Dame. <\/p>\n<p>Avocat judiciaire de cabinet et associ\u00e9 directeur du cabinet d\u2019avocats HBD-T, il a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes universitaires en tant que charg\u00e9 de cours dans des universit\u00e9s prestigieuses au Liban. Il enseigne actuellement \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 de droit et de sciences politiques de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Saint-Joseph. Il est un auteur publi\u00e9 sur des sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gouvernance locale, \u00e0 la d\u00e9centralisation, aux droits de l\u2019homme et \u00e0 d\u2019autres questions politiques et constitutionnelles.
