d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les transactions d\u2019entreprises et les entreprises familiales couvrant l\u2019Europe, le Moyen-Orient et l\u2019Afrique, il pr\u00e9side et\/ou si\u00e8ge au conseil d\u2019administration de plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dans divers secteurs et pays. <\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9 d\u2019Ernst &amp; Young Corporate Finance et M&amp;A en France. Auparavant, il a travaill\u00e9 chez Lazard Fr\u00e8res en fusions et acquisitions.
