Seib Insurance & Reinsurance, a company under Chedid Capital is looking for a Business Development Executive in the Commercial Division. The role focuses on implementing the overall business development strategy and plan for the organization, as well as maintaining current client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting.
- Gather market data.
- Develop an updated database of prospects by market segment and by line of business.
- Prioritize prospect pipe-line.
- Approach prospects and develop relationship with them.
- Assess prospect insurance requirements in order to assess risk in terms of insurability.
- Share with Seib underwriters all risk information.
- Propose insurance solutions to prospects.
- Sell (generate) new business.
- Service own Portfolio, meeting Clients service.
- Maintain proper records related to client (forms, documentation, ID’s …).
- Clients required documentation.
- Coordinate with Seib customer service team and communicate internally.
- Report Client performance.
- Communicate with clients all necessary policy performance information, prepare policy renewal terms ahead of renewal date to ensure successful renewal.
- Give clients necessary policy / plan presentations to ensure proper understanding of terms, conditions and administration.
- Achieve Annual Business budgets.
- Maintain sufficient Database/Customers.
- Daily Submission/Quotation request.
- Meet minimum number of clients/Meetings daily.
- Payment collection of Business done within stipulated period.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Marketing or sales background is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in insurance distribution and sales is a plus.
- Arabic is a must.
