Chedid & Associates – Qatar, a company under Chedid Capital is looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer in the Motor Department. The role focuses on ensuring customer inquiries are attended to promptly and maintaining client relationships with continuous follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accounting entries into accounting system for reporting purposes
- Prepare checks and transfers for payment purposes
- Request supplier confirmations in order to prepare related reconciliations
- Request intercompany confirmations in order to prepare related reconciliations
- Prepare non-technical bank reconciliations to ensure exact match
- Receive data from production or Pivot for technical bank clarification, clarification, entries related, direct, VAT, Dolphin RVs PVs, and closing the banks to ensure exact match
- Prepare the cash flow for all entities and Coordinate with Credit Control in order to identify cash flows and follow-up with Accounting on transactions
- Assists in creating accounting dimensions in order to obtain more details on appointed accounts (e.g. cost allocation, etc.)
- Assist in generating reports in accordance with standard forms
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent in a similar field
- Fluent in English
