Milestones
Chedid Capital acquired UK-based Trilogy MGA, with the new entity trading under the name Milestone Risk Solutions.
Chedid Capital further expands with acquisition of leading UAE online insurance platform, BuyAnyInsurance.com.

Chedid Insurance Brokers Egypt, received a license to start operations in Cairo.
Corporate Risk Management Institute launched in Lebanon.
Chedid Capital established in the UAE E-Darat, an HR digital solution provider.
Chedid Foundation launched in Lebanon.
Chedid Capital Holding acquired the remaining 25% shares of Al Manarah Insurance Service.
